Between 2 big animals, who's tougher?

I've seen nature programs where large animals of different species go at each other. Here's my observation:





hippo wins over crocodile - in water or land


crocodile (in water) wins over lion


crocodile (on land) verses lion - tie





I was wondering if other large animals were to confront each other, who would win? Some of these animals may never meet because of the area they live. Here's the list as follows:





elephant


grisly bear


polar bear


kimono dragon


crocodile


hippo


rhino


lion


tiger


anaconda snake (25 foot long)

Reply:i don't think there are any animals that would go after a healthy elephant ....polar's and grizzlies are never going to get attacked... I saw a lion try to attack a guerrilla on a show one time ( wow..I don't think the lion will try that again,,,,,,he may have won out in the long run, but was not up to a fight like that )
Reply:technicaly, kimodo dragon would beat all in the long run, as it only takes one bite to give a nasty infection that will eventually kill anything. but another animal could kill the dragon before that has a chance to happen. tricky question!
