Duplex privacy question?

We live in an nice duplex but the neighbors next to us are a problem. We are young couple lived in a house apartment never had a problem. The backyard and front side yard/driveway we would love to have a little privacy without going out with chalk and saying this is our side, it takes a lot to get on our nerves. If we're all to listening to loud music in the garage's thats cool but everyday its like a herd of elephants going through the backyard, playing foot ball on our side of the yard for like 5 hours, they put a swing set on our side, more than on there's, the kid puts his little bikes on our side and everyday my husband comes home and moves it so he can get into the driveway, toys on our side, cigs and butts on our side, one night they used our lawn chair and it was in their garage, I would like to know if theres anything as far as lawn furniture or plants that we can keep then away a bit? Do you think it will be sabotaged? They already broke a sprinkler. I'm afraid to say much.

I feel so bad for you... this sucks. There is nothing worse than annoying and rude neighbors.... NOTHING!





I can't think of a thing that's going to make this better.... nothing short of one of you moving....
Reply:Did you mention anything to them? I know it is hard to discuss ignorant behavior with someone, but some people are plain ignorant. If a "For Sale" sign is out of the question, then you will have to confront the morons. Try to approach the most friendly person of the family, and maybe you can make a point with them. Otherwise, a line of shrubs or flowers will offer a line of demarcation. If flowers dont work, buses or trees..offer a line of defense. Neighbors this close can be very annoying.
Reply:Sorry you live next door to such rude people. You will have to speak with them, you shouldn't be afraid they should be ashamed. You may also have to look into putting up a fence even a decorative one might throw them the hint. Good luck=:%26gt;)
Reply:Either buy the other side or start looking for another Home. It is seldon worth the problems fighting with a neighbor.
